Bishopgate
The proposed Bishopgate development was applied for but withdrawn after objections from local properties. The scheme has since been abandoned because of increased building costs.
Headmaster
Mike Thorne Dr Stuart Smallwood left in July 2025. In his place, while the governors continued their search for a successor, Deputy Head, Mr Mike Thorne, was asked to take over the running of the school.
